How do I find and edit an existing survey I created?
If you would like to reuse an existing survey but make some changes to it, you can do so by following these instructions.
Step 1: Click here to login to your eReference Check account.
Step 2: Select SURVEYS from the menu on the left hand side and then click on the survey you wish to make some changes to

Step 3: Select the ACTION drop down menu and then Create a Copy.

Step 4: You will notice that the name of the survey indicates it's a copy. Make any changes you wish to the survey and then click SAVE.

Step 5: If you are ready to use this new survey, click here for instructions on how to send an eReference request.
