I am having trouble uploading my documents to apply for a job. What should I do?

If you are having trouble uploading a resume or other documents to apply for a job, try the following:

Step 1: Remove any periods (.) or hyphens (-) from your document name.
Example of incorrect file name: Sarah.Smith Resume

Acceptable file name: Sarah Smith Resume

Step 2: Clear your browser cache. Clearing your browser cache removes the 'cookies' your browser collects in the background when visiting other websites and can affect it's performance. This action often times will resolve glitchy type issues (e.g. when you click the option to +Upload and Save New Resume and nothing happens).


Important Note: Clearing your browser cache does not remove saved passwords or browsing history, unless you select the option to do so.

Step 3: Try a different browser on your device if you have one.

Step 4: Restart your device. Sometimes, restarting your device will resolve these types of issues.

Step 5: Make sure your browser is up-to-date.
