Why is there a number beside the candidate icon, but when I click on it there are no applications in my account for my listing?

The number beside the candidate icon represents the number of times someone clicked the APPLY button on your listing. This does not represent the number of submitted applications. 

If you chose for candidates to apply directly to you via email or added an external URL to have them apply via your website or an online form, no candidate applications will show here.
