I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset the password to your EMPLOYER account, click here and then click  "Forgot Password" located under the SIGN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT button.

To reset the password to your JOBSEEKER/INDIVIDUAL account, click here and then click  "Forgot Password" located under the SIGN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT button.

If you did not receive a password reset email after 15 minutes, please check your junk folder. If you still did not receive an email, please email our National Help Desk us at help@charityvillage.com and specify the email address you are using to reset the password to.

Help Desk Hours: 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday.
