How do I archive a Candidate file?

Files can be archived manually from a candidate's file overview page. Archiving allows for older or inactive files to be kept for auditing purposes without compromising the legibility of active files.

RE: Archiving eReference checks: DO NOT archive a candidate's eReference file until ALL references you have requested from the Candidate have been completed. For example, if you have requested 3 references from the candidate, but only 2 have been completed, you should not archive the file until you have received the final reference.

 

Step 1: Click the file number located to the right of the candidate name on your dashboard.

Step 2: Select TOOLS at the top right hand side of the page.

Step 3: Select ARCHIVE from the TOOLS drop down menu.
