Does the CharityVillage crowdfunding platform automatically send a thank you message to donors?

Every donor is automatically sent a thank you email. Although you cannot customize the entire automated thank you email, the platform does allow you to customize some parts of it. Just click EDIT located in the sidebar menu and then EMAILS.

Please Note: Anonymous donors are only anonymous to the public and will receive an automatic thank you email. In your transaction report, it will contain the name and email of the donor.
