Why can I not see my job posting?

When you submit a job to go live on our site, it first goes into "Pending Approval". This means, your local Account Manager must review your listing before pushing it live to our site.

Account Managers have 24 hrs to approve a listing, but normally they are up within the hour or two unless you post after hours or over the weekend. If this is the case, your listing will be approved the following business day.

CharityVillage has this process in place to ensure all postings on our site are legitimate, spelling and formatting are correct, etc. If an Account Manager notices a problem with your listing, they will contact you right away before pushing it live to our site.

You will receive an approval email when your listing goes live on our site.
