I Passed the Civility at Work Course, but It’s Not Showing as Completed and I Can’t Find My Certificate.
If you passed the course but it isn’t showing as completed on your dashboard, and no certificate has been issued, you may have missed viewing one or more slides.
To confirm this:
Use the grey navigation bar on the left side of the course (when opened) to scroll through the full list of slide titles.
Look for any slide with a lock icon. A lock means the slide hasn’t been viewed yet.
Open and view any locked slides. Once all slides have been viewed, your course will automatically update to Completed, and your certificate will be issued to your account.
For this specific example:
Look for the slide titled, “Have you witnessed or experienced acts of incivility at work?”
On that screen, select the orange arrow to move through the content.
Make sure you view all 8 slides in that section.
Once all locked slides have been viewed, your course will automatically update to Completed, and your certificate will be issued to your account. You can located your certificate by following the instructions here.
