How do I transfer my CharityVillage employer account to a colleague?
To transfer your CharityVillage employer account to another individual, please follow the steps below:
Click here and log in using the email address currently associated with the account.
Select your account initials at the top right of the page and choose My Account from the dropdown menu.
Click Edit Email Address and update it to the new person’s email.
Click Edit Password and change the password to something temporary that you can share with your colleague.
Select your account initials again at the top right and choose Organization Information from the dropdown menu.
Update the name on the account to the new person. You may need to complete any required fields that were previously left blank, such as phone number or organization address.
Once all updates are complete, click Submit at the bottom of the page and then log out.
You can now share the login page link and the temporary password with the new account holder. Let them know they can update the password by selecting their initials at the top right and navigating to My Account to set a new one.
