How do I access my Candidate criminal record check that I just paid for?

Once you’ve purchased and completed the criminal record check, there won’t be an account for you to sign into. Instead, you’ll receive an email summary confirming whether your check was clear or not.

To access the full PDF report for your criminal record check, please email help@charityvillage.com and a CharityVillage staff member will email it to you.

Important Note: a self-serve portal for you to view or print the full report is currently on our roadmap to develop.
