How do I filter between jobs and/or volunteer listings in my employer account?

The Job Manager in your employer account offers several convenient ways to filter jobs and volunteer listings. You can do so by the following features which are listed after the screen shot.

 

 

  1. Filter Jobs: Enter the name of the job or volunteer listing and click the FILTER button.

  2. Any Job Status: Select the status of the job from the drop down menu to reveal only those listings with that particular status.

  3. Filter by ID: If your job has an ID, enter it here and then click APPLY.

  4. Filter by Location: Looking for jobs with a specific location, enter it here and then click APPLY.

  5. Any Source: This drop down menu allows you to filter the jobs that you either manually created or imported. Once you make your selection, click APPLY.

  6. Any employment type: This menu allows you to filter via employment type which is referring to "Full time", "Contract," "Part time", etc. Do you post jobs and volunteer listings and only want to show volunteer listings on your dashboard ? Click Unpaid Volunteer Position from this drop down menu. Click APPLY once your make your selection.

  7. Any Application Workflow: Use this filter to view listings based on how you receive applications. Ensure you select the APPLY button once you make your selection.

  8. Any Frontend: Ignore this filter.

  9. Export: To review job data for all postings, select EXPORT at the top right and then choose to download the data in a CSV or Excel file.
