How do I change my account from a job seeker to an employer?

If your email address is associated with a jobseeker/individual account and you would like to switch to an employer account, please email our National Help Desk at:

Please Note: It's not possible to have more than one account associated with the same email address, therefore CharityVillage will need to delete the current account so you can then register for an employer account.

If you would like to keep your individual/job seeker account, please provide us with a different email address that we can assign to the account at the time you are emailing in your request.
