If you selected the option to receive applications through CharityVillage when creating your job or volunteer listing, then please follow these instructions on how to download candidate documents.
Step 1: Login to your CharityVillage employer account.
Step 2: Scroll down the page and click on the title of your job or volunteer listing.
Step 3: To download all candidates on the first page, select the box at the top left of the page. This will save you from having to select each candidate.If you only want to download documents from specific individuals, just click the box to the left of each candidate name to reveal a blue check mark.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can only download applicants one page at a time. If you have more than one page of applicants and you go to the next page, it will erase the selection of applicants from the previous page.
Once you've finished making your selection(s), click the BULK ACTIONS drop-down menu on the right hand side and then click EXPORT.
Step 4: A pop-up box will appear where you need to enter a name for your file. We recommend inputting the job title and any other relevant information. When you're finished, click OK.
Step 5: The zip file of the applications can be found by going back to your employer dashboard and selecting Candidate Exports from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
