To edit your organization information, please login to your CharityVillage employer account, click Background Screening Tools from the menu on the left hand side of the page and follow these instructions:
1. Select the gear icon located at the top right of the page and then ACCOUNT.
2. On this page, you can make changes to your organization information and Primary Account Owner.
If you are looking to change the Primary Account Owner, you must first create them as a Client Admin User if they do not currently exist. After you have added them as a user, you can then assign them here.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not add payment information under the PAYMENT METHODS tab. You will receive an invoice from us.
Just make sure to click SAVE at the bottom once you’ve made your changes.
