How do I repost a job or volunteer listing?

If you don't want to create an entirely new job or volunteer listing and want to use either part of or all of a previous listing, please follow these instructions:


Step 1:
Login to your CharityVillage employer account.


Step 2: Scroll down the page and click on the three dots to the right hand side of the job you would like to recreate.

You have two options to choose from:

Repost: This will keep the same job code, statistical data and, if applicable, the candidate applications that were submitted to this previous posting which are stored in your account. If you selected for applicants to apply on your organization's website or email their application via an email address for this previous posting, then no candidate applications will appear.

Create Copy: This will give you a new job code, reset any statistical data and you will not see any previous applications submitted to this posting.


Step 3: You can now go through the entire listing and make any changes you wish before submitting it to go live on CharityVillage. 

Important note if you are reposting or creating a new copy of a job listing - you will need to pay for the listing via the credit card or invoice option, OR use a job posting credit.
