Where is the Salary Survey Report I just purchased?

A link to the Salary Survey Report is included in the receipt emailed to you right away if you purchased it through the Jobseeker/Individual button on the Salary Survey landing page. *You are not required to sign into a CharityVillage account if you purchased through this button.*

If you purchased the report through your employer account, it can take anywhere from 24hrs to 48 hrs to receive it. Just to note, you must open the receipt fully in your email and a link to download the report will be located at the bottom of it.

If you don't see a link at the bottom of your receipt and it's been longer than 48 hrs, please email accounting@charityvillage.com. If you purchased the report during business hours and would like access to it right away, please email help@charityvillage.com.
