To access your eLearning course(s), please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Click here to create a FREE CharityVillage account with the same email address that was used to register you for your course(s).
If you already have an existing CharityVillage account, just go to www.CharityVillage.com and sign in.
IMPORTANT NOTE! If you purchased a bundle or course through the Buy Now button, you must login or create a CharityVillage account with the same email address that your entered on the user information page.
Can’t remember what email you entered on the user information page? The inbox that receives the bundle or course enrollment notification is the email address you must use.
Step 2: Once you are signed into your account, hover your mouse over LEARNING CENTRE at the top of the page and then click MY COURSES.
Step 3: Click START COURSE to launch the course.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you launch the course for the very first time, you have 90 days of unlimited access to the complete the course.
IF you are enrolled in one of the following training packages, course access period is 30 days for each course included. This access period starts for each course once you open it for the very first time.
