Help! My course certificate isn't showing up under the certificates section in my eLearning account

The Certificate of Completion for the following 5 courses are stored in a different area of the eLearning platform than under the CERTIFICATES section located in your account. This has to do with the way they are programmed in offering their course content.

These courses are: Budgeting for Nonprofits, Dealing with Difficult People, OHSA & AODA Compliance Training Package for Employees, OHSA & AODA Compliance Training Package for Leaders & Supervisors, and Workplace Mental Health & Psychological Safety at Work Certificate Program. 

Step 1: Click here and sign into your eLearning account.

 

 

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of your student dashboard and click View Path for the course you completed.

 

 

Step 3: Scroll down again to the bottom of the page and click Claim Your Certificate.

 

 

Step 4: Click the Complete & Continue button at the bottom of the page.

 

 

Step 5: Click the Get Your Certificate button on the pop-up.

 

Step 6: Scroll down to the bottom of the certificate. You can choose to down it as a PDF file to your device or copy the link and share it across your social media profiles.
