How do I access my CharityVillage eLearning course(s)?

Important note: CharityVillage has transitioned to a new eLearning platform as of March 28th, 2025. Therefore, if you have taken a course with us prior to this date or purchased one but have yet to open it, you will need to reset the password to access your account on this platform. To do so, click here! If you run into any issues, please email help@charityvillage.com.


Step 1:
Click here and sign into your eLearning account.

 


Step 2: You will be brought to your eLearning dashboard. If you have one or more courses in your account, you will see them here. Click on the course to open it up.

 

 

Step 3: Don't forget to check if your course(s) offer additional resource(s). Just scroll down your dashboard and click on Additional Resource Library.
