How do I locate an eReference file and view the answers submitted to an eReference survey?

Step 1: Select FILES from the menu on the left-hand side of your dashboard and then click the file name for the candidate.

If you see COMPLETE to the right of the file name, that means the candidate added the required number of references, and all the references filled out the eReference survey.
For
INCOMPLETE, this can mean that the candidate has yet to add their references or not all references completed the survey. To find out, more information, click on the file name.



Step 2: Once the file is open, you can review the following information:

Respondent: This is the name of the reference that the candidate provided. To view their answers to the survey questions, just click on their name and scroll through the pop-up box to review their answers. It will look like the following:

                           

Name of the Campaign: The name you chose to call the eReference request
Survey Name:
The survey you selected to be filled out.

Min References: The minimum number of references you selected for the candidate to provide.
Start Date: The day the survey was sent.
End Date: You have the option to adjust the expiry date of when a survey must be completed.
Candidate Information: The name and email address of the candidate along with a map showing the approximate location the candidate added and submitted their reference(s).
Save or Print: To save or print the survey questions and information included in the file, click Save or Print located at the top right of the file.
