How do I obtain my invoice/receipt for eLearning?

If you never received your receipt/invoice for your eLearning purchase or you can't find it, please email accounting@charityvillage.com. They will issue you a new one.

If you made a purchase through your employer account, click here to locate your invoice/receipt in your account. It can be found under CREDITS & INVOICES under MY ACCOUNT.
