If your organization has purchased eLearning course(s) from CharityVillage and you would like to set up a user's access yourself, you need Manager permissions. Manager permissions can only be assigned by a CharityVillage staff member. To request Manager permissions, please email help@charityvillage.com.
If a CharityVillage staff member has confirmed to you that you have been given Manager permission to your eLearning group, please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Sign into your CharityVillage account here.
Step 2: Hover your mouse over LEARNING CENTRE at the top of the page and then click MY COURSES.
Step 3: You should now be looking at the MANAGER side of your eLearning dashboard.
The menu at the top left says Manager.
Click the drop down menu for Manager and then click GROUPS.
Step 4: Click on the course or bundle name you wish to enroll the user.
Step 5: Select ADD USERS at the top right and then CREATE NEW USER.
Step 6: Fill in the user's first and last name along with the email address they will use to access the course(s). The other fields are optional and are not required to be filled out.
Once you're finished, click CREATE USER.
Step 7: The next screen will show you that the user has now been registered.
The user will automatically receive an email alerting them of their enrollment with instructions on how to access the course/bundle.
Sometimes, this email can land in people's junk folders so if they mention they did not receive an email, please send them the following link. This will provide them with step-by-step instructions on how to access their eLearning course/bundle.
